    You choose your dates and the number of people, depending on the availability of mobile homes will be displayed, you choose the mobile home that suits you and click on book. If no mobile home is displayed, unfortunately no more mobile homes are available on the site. I invite you to change your dates or contact me via the "contact" form or by phone. We can find you a mobile home available in Saint Jean de Monts or Saint Hilaire de Riez.
  • What are the conditions for making a reservation?
    The person making the reservation must: Be at least 18 years old Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian OR by an adult
  • What are the arrival and departure times?
    Arrivals are from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., beyond 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. an increase of €10 per half hour will be requested. No arrivals will be accepted outside of these hours After 8:00 p.m., the reservation will be considered canceled by the customer and cannot therefore give rise to any refund. Departures are between 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. depending on the schedule

  • Mobile home insurance
    The tenant agrees to operate his holiday insurance in the event of a claim (fire, water damage, etc.) which you can request from your home insurance, it's free and which will have to be sent to us by email before your arrival. The lack of insurance will give rise to damages.

  • How many people maximum can be accepted per accommodation?
    For security and insurance reasons, the maximum number of people allowed in mobile homes must not exceed 4 to 6 people (including babies) depending on the mobile home. The manager will refuse any person beyond the planned capacity and the number indicated on the contract, even offering to pay a supplement. When making your reservation, you must mention the surnames, first names and dates of birth of all the occupants (baby included). If you forgot to mention a person, contact 07 68 93 32 38
  • What is provided in the mobile home?
    In order to ensure that you have the equipment you are happy with, you can find them in the "mobile homes" tab and the "details of fittings and equipment" tab Duvet covers, pillow covers, sheets and bathroom linen are not included. When making your reservation, you can request this option by renting and viewing in the 'additional services' section.
  • Will there be a television in my mobile home?
    Yes, all our mobile homes are equipped with a television free of charge
  • Will there be a barbecue or plancha in my accommodation?
    Yes, all our mobile homes are equipped with a gas barbecue free of charge. The use of electric and charcoal barbecues is prohibited.
  • Will the terrace of my mobile home be covered?
    Yes, the mobile homes have a semi-covered terrace
  • Is there wifi in the mobile home?
    No, but you can ask for it at reception, several packages will be offered to you You can have free Wifi at the bar You can share a connection between your smartphone and computer, tablet
  • Is there a cleaning option?
    You can request the end-of-stay cleaning option for an amount of 100€.
  • Can I park my car near my accommodation?
    You can park only one vehicle per location. You can park other vehicles in the campsite car park. It is absolutely FORBIDDEN to charge your electric car, scooter, etc. at the mobile home, charging stations are available at the entrance to the campsite
  • Is it possible to install a tent, a motorhome next to the mobile home or on a pitch?
    No, it is not possible to pitch a tent or motorhome on the pitch.
  • What is included in the reservation?
    - accommodation rental - water, gas and electricity consumption - any options when booking - baby equipment (except extra travel cot)
  • What is not included in the reservation?
    - the activity pass for all people staying in accordance with the reservation made - Damage Guarantee - cleaning during and at the end of the stay - bed linen (excluding duvets & pillows), and bathroom linen - meals and drinks - tourist tax
  • How does the deposit work?
    The deposit is managed by SWIKLY registered in a secure manner, the imprint of your bank card for an amount of €780 to €880. The bank card is not debited during check-in, make sure of the limit of your card. The deposit can also be made by bank transfer and refunded 15 days after your departure. The deposit can also be made in cash which will be returned to you on your departure Please note that the deposit will be requested before your arrival, the mobile home will not open without a deposit The deposit will be lifted on your departure after the outgoing inventory of fixtures in the presence of the representative who will carry out the inventory, and will ensure that the mobile home shows no deterioration, no damage and cleaning done. Otherwise, a compensatory amount may be deducted from the deposit.No dispute will be accepted on your part, in the event of departure made without an outgoing inventory
  • How much is the tourist tax?
    It is not included in the price of the reservation. The amount is calculated according to the number of people and number of nights (0.65€ 2022 rate). Anyone under the age of 18 are exempt from tourist tax
  • What are the different options available when booking?

  • How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
    · The change: You have the option of requesting a change to the dates of your stay, subject to availability. The request must be made more than one month before the start of the stay. · The cancellation: Any stay booked, paid or not paid in full, as well as a premature departure during the rental period cannot give rise to any refund whatever the reason given. Full refund in the event of a government ban on travel between regions or closed campsites due to COVID
  • What payment methods are authorized when making a reservation?
    The first payment on the site is 25% of the rental amount by credit card Once the 1st payment is made, we will contact you by phone for the balance or payment in installments Payment can be made in the following ways: - Bank Card -PayPal- Bank Transfer- Holiday vouchers (ANCV): We strongly recommend sending them by letter followed or by registered letter with acknowledgment reception. Undelivered checks are the customer's responsibility.
  • What are the payment schedules?
    We offer different deadlines: By credit card when booking: 25% of the amount of the stay, the remaining 75% as you wish but the full amount must be paid 1 month before your arrival 2. By cheque, bank transfer, PayPal 25% of the amount of the stay, the remaining 75% as you wish but the full amount must be paid 1 month before your arrival 3. ANCV check payment of the stay in full must arrive within 5 working days of your reservation. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled If your reservation is made less than 4 weeks before the start of the stay, you pay the full amount of the reservation
  • When do you have to pay the balance of your reservation?
    We must receive payment of the balance of your stay no later than 1 month before the start of your stay
  • What is the procedure for payment by holiday vouchers (ANCV)?
    If you wish to pay for your stay by holiday voucher, please contact 07 68 93 32 38 If you have chosen partial or total payment of your reservation by holiday vouchers (ANCV), you must send them by registered mail with A.R. or letter followed
  • Are CAF vouchers accepted?
    No, we are not Vacaf approved
  • If I have a problem during my stay, what should I do?
    In the event of a problem or anomaly during your stay, your manager will be there to listen to you and will do everything possible to best meet your expectations.
  • Where can we find the internal regulations of the campsite?
    The campsite has internal regulations posted at reception.
  • Will there be a satisfaction survey after my stay?
    Your feedback is valuable as you will receive a satisfaction questionnaire by e-mail after your departure. Your answers help us to adapt your expectations
  • Your Works Council or an organization pays for all or part of your stay and you would like to have an invoice?
    Before the stay, you have the option of providing your Works Council with your booking confirmation. After your stay we will be able to establish a paid invoice for you on request by telephone or email. The invoice will be issued in the name of the registered reservation. No changes can be made.
  • What is the activity pass?
    The activity pass gives you access to the aquatic complexes (outdoor and indoor swimming pools, spa, slides, sliding slopes and paddling pool), children's clubs, entertainment, various shows and a range of varied sports activities. ., free shuttles to the beach in summer (July & August) The activity pass is free from 0 to 3 years old. By taking them with your reservation you will get a 20% reduction, on site at full price at the current rate
  • Are there children's clubs?
    Yes, the campsite offers children's clubs and areas.
  • Are the swimming pools in the campsites heated?
    The indoor & outdoor pools are heated and open most of the year.
  • Are all swimwear allowed in the pools?
    Wearing T-shirts is prohibited in our swimming pools, as are buoys or bulky water games. The campsite allows swimwear such as swimsuits, boxers, bikinis, one-piece swimsuits, burkini,... in "LYCRA" fabric suitable for swimming. For safety reasons, the pool team reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who does not comply with these instructions.
  • Do you offer full board or half board?
    No You can request breakfast the day before for the next day at an additional cost (€10 per person/per day), information in the mobile homes.
  • Animals
    Dogs may be allowed on request (1 maximum). The price is 10€ per stay. The dog must be chipped or tattooed and vaccinated, his health record must be up to date in case of control during your stay. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed. Other animals are prohibited
  • We are only minors, can we book?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept minors if no adult is present during the entire stay.
  • Is it possible to come with a tent, a camping car or a caravan?
    The campsite has no free pitches.
  • Are the mobile homes suitable for people with reduced mobility?
    No

  • COVID 19: What is the current health information for going to the campsite?
    As of March 14, 2022, the application of the vaccination pass is suspended. Wearing a mask is no longer compulsory but remains recommended for all people at risk or positive for Covid-19. The rules of distancing and disinfection remain applied and our teams will continue to respect the health protocols in this regard to ensure everyone's safety. Let's stay vigilant and be responsible to fight the virus
  • COVID 19: Are there any recommendations on health measures?
    Wearing a mask from the age of 6 is strongly recommended on the campsite, especially in crowded places, for the following people: - For the elderly, immunocompromised, chronically ill and frail, as well as for their caregivers- For symptomatic people- For high-risk contacts- For confirmed cases, up to 7 days after release from isolation.
